Mr. Baur also has a wealth of experience in the private banking field and had served it for about a decade before venturing into business. Some of the banks that he used to work for are UBS and Clariden Leu. Mike left the banking sector in 2014 and founded the Swiss Startup Factory. He collaborated with Max Meister and Oliver Walzer in establishing the firm. The primary goal of setting up the enterprise was to offer financial and motivational support to talented entrepreneurs growing their businesses into top corporations.
Baur was one of the individuals who was appointed to serve on the jury of the START Summiteer that was hosted at the University of St Gallen.
